## **Mellem Søerne, Højby**

Lejerbo Holbæk har bygget 30 flotte familie- og seniorvenlige rækkehuse tæt på Højby i Odsherred Kommune, som stod klar til de første beboere 1. marts 2026. Boligerne er opført i ét plan og har alle tre værelser.

#### Kom til åbent hus

Der er fortsat ledige boliger, og du har nu chancen for at se dem med egne øje. Kig forbi til vores åbent hus:

Vi står klar til at vise rundt. Tilmelding er ikke nødvendigt. 

#### Bo midt i naturen

Afdelingen har fået navnet Mellem Søerne fordi den ligger midt i den skønne natur omgivet af flere søer. Der har nemlig tidligere været grusgrave i området, der nu er omdannet til store og små søer.

Boligafdelingen er opdelt i to, adskilt af et fælles grønt område, som er en del af en grøn kile. Kilen forbinder de to søer nord og syd for området. På Nyvej, cirka 500 meter fra boligområdet, findes både vuggestue, børnehave og skole. Derudover finder du også Borren – Højby Idræts- og Kulturcenter.

I Højby er der blandt andet Højby Sø, golfklub, minigolf, Sommerland Sjælland og en masse andre aktivitetstilbud. Når du skal handle, har du cirka 750 meter til den nærmeste dagligvarebutik. Skal du med offentlig transport, finder du buslinjer på Nyvej og Højby Togstation. Der er cirka 500 meter til nærmeste busstoppested og cirka 1 kilometer til stationen.
