## About

DAB-Lejerbo is a Danish self-service housing platform. Residents and
prospective tenants use the site to search available tenancies, sign up for
membership, manage waiting list positions, and apply for housing. The platform
serves housing associations with company and department pages, news, FAQ,
and employee contact information.

## Tenancy Search

Users can search and filter tenancies by:
- Location — area/region, company, or specific department
- Size — number of rooms and square meters (m²)
- Rent — monthly gross and net rent (kr/md)
- Housing type — e.g. family housing, senior housing, youth housing
- Apartment type — e.g. townhouse, apartment, terraced house
- Floor level
- Amenities — balcony, parking, elevator, garden, etc.
- Pet policy — dogs allowed, cats allowed, all pets, or no pets
- Availability — immediately available or waitlist-based

Each tenancy listing includes address, rent breakdown, deposit, move-in date,
floor plans, images, and department information.
