Hvad motiverer os til at gøre en frivillig indsats? Og hvad kan vi lære af hinanden? Det var spørgsmål, der samlede 127 beboere på tværs af boligorganisationer til DAB-Lejerbos Fællesskabsdag den 24. oktober. *Tekst: Johnny Gudmand. Foto: Rusul Raji og Pernille Andersen* Dagen bød på oplæg, workshops og uddeling af Fællesskabsprisen 2026. Men mindst lige så vigtigt var muligheden for, at frivillige beboere fra hele landet kunne dele erfaringer og hente idéer fra andre. For uanset om man bor i Nakskov, Vejle eller Allerød, er mange af spørgsmålene de samme: Hvordan får vi naboerne med? Hvad giver lyst til at bidrage? Og hvordan holder vi fællesskabet i gang? #### Inspiration fra Mikael Kamber Tv-vært Mikael Kamber satte med et oplæg fokus på, hvad der motiverer mennesker til at bidrage og understregede, hvordan et godt naboskab er afgørende for livskvaliteten hos den enkelte. Af netop den grund kan det frivillige bidrag i de almene boligafdelinger gøre en kæmpe forskel. Hans oplæg og muligheden for at udveksle erfaringer var blandt det, der især optog deltagerne. Dagens workshops gav plads til at arbejde videre med inspirationen og tale sammen på tværs. Det lokale engagement findes i mange former og i mange boligafdelinger, men hvert et bidrag tæller. Det var noget Erik Gemmer, næstformand i DAB-Lejerbos hovedbestyrelse, også lagde vægt på, da han bød velkommen til dagen: ”I er som frivillige afgørende for det gode liv i boligafdelingerne. I kender jeres naboer og jeres lokalområde. I ved, hvad der fungerer, og hvad I gerne vil gøre bedre.” #### Et større fællesskab Anders Holmgren, direktør i DAB-Lejerbo, lagde i sin del af velkomsttalen vægt på, at fusionen af DAB og Lejerbo har gjort os til et endnu større fællesskab, hvor erfaringer kan deles på tværs. ”Vi ønsker at være tæt på livet i den enkelte boligafdeling. På det, der optager jer, og på de fællesskaber, I skaber dér, hvor I bor. Den indsats, I gør, betyder noget helt konkret i hverdagen.” Han understregede, at beboerdemokratiet og de frivillige kræfter lokalt har en central plads i DAB-Lejerbo: ”Fællesskab kommer ikke af sig selv. Nogen skal tage det første initiativ, invitere andre med og holde fast, også når det kræver lidt ekstra.” #### Og vinderen er... Hvad en lokal indsats kan gøre af forskel, blev tydeligt, da Fællesskabsprisen 2026 blev uddelt. 21 aktiviteter i de boligafdelinger, vi administrerer, var nomineret til DAB-Lejerbos Fællesskabspris 2026. Det blev ”Et hus i bevægelse” i Ådalsparken, der løb med æren. Det er Alment Støtteudvalg i DAB-Lejerbo, der har valgt en vinder og derudover besluttet, at 2.000 kroner følger med hæderen. Prisen blev overrakt af Brian Taudahl Børgesen, formand for Alment Støtteudvalg, hovedbestyrelsesmedlem i DAB-Lejerbo og formand for Lejerbo Brøndby. ”Udvalget har valgt at tildele prisen til et projekt, der tilbyder fællesskab og et mødested på tværs af alder og interesser. Et projekt med mange forskellige aktiviteter, og som mange af afdelingens beboere nyder godt af. Projektet bidrager derfor til at styrke fællesskabet og sammenholdet bredt blandt beboerne,” forklarede Brian Taudahl Børgesen. #### ”Det er helt fantastisk” Bent Werge var en af de beboere, der kunne indtage scenen og modtage en velfortjent hyldest, sammen med tre medbeboere: ”Jeg synes, det er helt fantastisk at vinde prisen”. Boligafdelingen har for nylig fået sat et drivhus op, som nu bliver brugt. I efteråret er der også startet en række foredrag. I alt er der 16 aktiviteter drevet af forskellige frivillige. Men hvorfor bruger han og de andre frivillige deres tid og kræfter på fællesskab? ”Når man starter, ved man ikke, hvad man går ind til. Jeg blev opfordret til at lave juleglögg, og pludselig oplever man 30 mennesker, der hygger sig, har det rart og siger tak for indsatsen. Der er ingen kørepenge og timebetaling, men din betaling er, at folk er glade. Du kommer selv tættere på dine medbeboere, og der opstår venskaber på tværs. Det her er et pragtfuldt sted at være, vi har det hele. Det er ærlig talt skidedejligt at se, at folk hygger sig. Det er betaling af højeste klasse!” forklarer Bent Werge. Historien fra Ådalsparken viser, hvordan et konkret initiativ kan blive begyndelsen på nye fællesskaber.
